Mail Hub Overview
The Mail Hub is one of the 5 main Caseload Manager Hubs. It can be found in the far-upper-right of the Caseload Manager home screen.
From the Mail Hub, you can send email, create documents, print PDFs, create templates, view sent emails, generate invoices, and send survey requests to staff and participants.
