Activity Hub

The Activity Hub is one of 5 main Hubs in Caseload Manager.  

Many users begin in the Activity Hub, and use the activity log to keep track of all ongoing activities.  The Activity Hub can be found in the upper right of your Caseload Manager home page. 

The Activity Hub can track all incoming phone calls and emails, and can be used to generate a new Calendar item and a new Case.
