Caseload Manager - Getting Started

After you have ordered your Caseload Manager, you will need to log-in to access Caseload Manager.

You and all of your staff can login at https://www.CaseloadManager.com/Cases and entering your provided UserID and Password. You will have receieved these in an email. You can create a user ID and Password for your staff. You can call Mediate.com at 541-345-1629 if you need help accessing your Caseload Manager.

(You can also log-in to Caseload Manager by clicking on Caseload Manager directly in your account.)

Your user name will be your email address. Your default password will be your Mediate.com password. You can change these and create ID's for your staff after you have logged-in.
